“In my experience it is useful, to start with it as a thinking exercise that says “What if it were a game?”. Are you winning? What does the evidence look like? What does the data show? How does it feel? Are the majority of us having fun? Do the majority of us know how to win? Are we getting dramatically better all the time? What experiments might you run to win in drastically bigger ways?” – LeadershipGamez.com

James Kies, local motivation speaker and entrepreneur will be joining us for our July 27, 2016 meeting.

Last year, James Kies of 10Geek Software energized our group with a great presentation on Agile software development. On July 27th, he’ll be coming back to tell us about his latest work with LeadershipGamez.com, a company that challenges its clients to take a fresh approach to teaching leadership skills.

As a full-stack .NET Developer and Agile Coach, James has worked with software teams and is familiar with the challenges of delivering quality software. As a professional speaker, development coach and an entrepreneur, James has years of experience helping clients reach more of their potential and productivity goals.

We want to see you there! Please sign up on Meetup.com¬†or by e-mail at info@ocalaitpros.server302.com as soon as possible and set aside some time for what promises to be a dynamic and inspiring evening with one of our most valuable local experts. This is also a chance for newcomers to the group and those who haven’t attended a meeting in awhile to get together with other local I.T. experts and make valuable connections. Pizza and drinks will also be available.

Watch James’ TEDx Melville talk on new approaches to productivity within company cultures.

Please sign up as soon as possible and make plans to join us on Wednesday, July 27!
