This morning, the Ocala Chamber and Economic Partnership announced that eResources, a web design and I.T. services company based in the Washington D.C. area, will be moving its headquarters to Ocala and will be taking up residence near the center of town on SW Third Street. eResources plans to develop a presence here in Ocala, eventually employing as many as 50 people with an average salary of $51,000.

Founded in 1999, eResources specializes in strategic technology consulting, custom web application development, IT Help Desk and infrastructure services, and datacenter services.  eResources also has developed a very successful Online Application Management System delivered as a Software as a Service solution. eResources works with Fortune 500 companies, non-profits, publications, educational institutions, and associations. Along with establishing their headquarters here, eResources also hopes to centralize their Network Operations Center (NOC) in Ocala as well.
